Recommended use

Directions
Adults only: Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a full glass of water, with or before food / meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Malabar Tamarind (Garcinia cambogia Desr.) fruit rind 300 mg, providing 180 mg (60%) hydroxycitric acid; Bromelain 2.4 mg (2,000 GDU/g; 72,000 FCC PU/g); Apple Cider Vinegar 60 mg; Chromium (Chromium III Picolinate) 100 mcg; Spirulina whole 80 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (non-GMO vegetable source), maltodextrin (non-GMO).

Warnings
